OJIANYA

Ojianya happens to be a town in inikiri bernard in effium development centre of ohaukwu senatorial District of Ebonyi state. The town has existed for years now, but has been restricted from urban development since its founding. Argument sometimes, tell that the town is of Benue state, but arguably the people themselves claims they are part of Ebonyi state even not being recognised by their government. Ojianya from a simple perspective has quite some forest reserves most especially timber. although the town seems to be lacking from population, they still manage to make up with their daily activities.almost everybody in the village is engaged with farming subsistently since they are not exposed to modern agriculture.

Transportation seems to be another problem in ojianya since travelers or maybe tourist barely pass through the village and so not much of interest is shown about the outlook of the town.  In conclusion Ojianya has a wonderful views excluding the fact that they lack all social amenities like health care center, schools and electricity which in some ways results to children being born without giving any form of immunization and are subjected to steady health risk.
